What areas do you service?

Utilizing our 450 affiliates, we provide local, national, and international transportation.

What information will I need to provide in order to reserve a ride?

You will need your name, email, phone number, and the names of all the passengers and locations you wish to stop at.

If you need transportation to or from the airport, we will require your flight number and trip information.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept:

Credit Cards
Checks
– If received 10 days before the event.
Cash
– Will need a credit card on file in case of damages.

Do you offer private tours?

Yes, we can create a private tour, but there must be a minimum of 10 attendees.

What is Golden Limousine's cancellation policy?

Motor Coaches
– Less then 10 days notice, vehicle hourly minimum
Vans/Minibuses
– Less then 10 days notice, vehicle hourly minimum
Limousines
– Less than 48 hours notice, vehicle hourly minimum
Dedicated Sedans
– Less then 6 hours notice, vehicle hourly minimum
Sedan Transfers
– Less than 2 hours notice, full fare charge

Are gratuities included in the price?

Yes, gratuities are included, but if you feel your service was exceptional, additional gratuities are welcome.

When will your charge my credit card and when will I receive my receipt?

Your card will be charged after your trip has been completed and you will receive a receipt within three business days.

How do I locate my driver when I arrive at my destination?

It varies by location, so please inquire with your reservationist.

Does the University of Michigan staff and family receive a better rate?

Yes, because Golden Limousine is a Preferred Strategic Partner with the University of Michigan. Please advise our reservationists or chauffeurs that you are a member of the University staff or family.

What is MODE Car?

Metro On Demand Express (MODE Car) is a safe, on-demand transportation service in the Washtenaw county area and to the Detroit Metro Airport.

Does University of Michigan staff receive a discount on MODE services also?

Yes, they do. Please advise our reservationists or chauffeurs.

What wedding packages do you offer?

Please view our packages on our Wedding page, although we would be happy to customize a package just for you for your big day!

Do you offer dedicated representatives for on-site transportation management for my event?

Yes, we can provide an on-site coordinator or you can always call our service representatives for assistance — who are available 24/7.

Can we break up shuttle service times?

No, you may not have a break during shuttle service. Service times must run from the beginning to the end of the event.

Which vehicles have a PA System?

Our Trolley and Charter Buses.

Do you have ADA Accessible vehicles?

Yes, we have two vehicles to assist your guests in attending the event. Please inquire with your reservationists to discover which would be the best for your group.

Do you allow alcohol on the vehicles?

Yes, you may have alcohol and coolers on the vehicles, although we do not allow kegs.

Please note that a $250 cleaning fee will be charged in the event of damage during service.

Our chauffeurs will monitor if all participants drinking are of age. If an underage person is drinking, the trip will be canceled and their parents will be contacted.
