Field Site Supervisor Duties
Overall
- Oversee daily on-site operations
- Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
- Restock vehicles with items as needed (paperwork, cleaning supplies)
Vehicles
- Ensure all vehicles are on site as scheduled
- Keys are available as needed
- Vehicles are coordinated for scheduled maintenance
- Vehicles are visibly in good condition and well maintained for cleanliness and amenities
- Vehicles are properly locked up at the end of shift
- Coordinate vehicles out from rotation if deficiency develops for repairs
- Coordinate fuel stops during shift
Staffing
- Ensure quality on-site service delivery and chauffeur employee
- Ensure chauffeurs are on-site and properly prepared
- Spot check change over to ensure process is followed
- Identify training and professional development activities needed for continuous improvement
- Mediate on-site conflicts
Service
- Conduct onsite staff performance evaluation daily (written report)
- Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner
- Address passenger questions and service issues
- Manage service issues as they arise
- Maintain boarding area to ensure clean, safe, barrier-free service area.
- Administrative duties as required
- Manage paperwork collection and return to the office, DAILY
- Be on call during off-hours to assist other field manager assistants as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or vocational school
- 3-5 years’ experience in hospitality, service management position, or passenger transportation, preferred shuttle management experience
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends, as needed)
- Chauffeurs License Required with a DOT card; CDL preferred
- Clean MVR required
All employees must pass a background check and drug test.
