I don't think there is anything that you could do to serve us better but wanted to convey this message. Last week I called about 30 minutes before needing a car to take someone from Ann Arbor to DTW. The passenger was a guest in a class at UM. The guest was asked first thing in the morning if she needed a ride and said no. Then much later let us know that she did need a ride. I did not expect Golden to be able to help us out at such short notice but was so glad you were able to! Though a sedan wasn't available Golden was able to have a cab pick up the guest. I recently used another car service company recommended to me. The fare was cheaper but the experience was not positive. The company did not track the flight so didn't see there was a delay in arrival time. They left before the plane arrived.
