Golden Limousine was established in January of 1992 by President and CEO, Sean Duval. We cater to your corporate and leisure needs for transportation and event management. Golden Limousine excels at providing world class services of luxury and executive level transportation. Our attention to detail and proficiency with customizations assist you in producing memorable events.

Utilizing our 450 affiliates, we provide local, national, and international transportation.

You will need your name, email, phone number, and the names of all the passengers and locations you wish to stop at. Additionally it is helpful if you provide the type of event you are arranging so we can provide the best vehicle for you.

If you need transportation to or from the airport, we will require your flight number and trip information.

Yes, we can create a private tour from 1 to 1,000 attendees.

>60 Days - Full Refund
59-30 Days - Balance Refund, Deposit Credit
29-7 Days - Balance Refund, Deposit Forfeit
6-2 Days - Balance Credit, Deposit Forfeit
47-0 Hours - No Refund

Please note, in order to reserve the vehicle, a deposit is required. Any additional charges or tolls and parking will be invoiced after the trip is complete.

Yes, gratuities are included on all vehicle service, except our Charter bus services. Although if you wish to add the gratuity for this service please inform our customer service representatives. Additionally, if you feel your service was exceptional, additional gratuities are welcome.

Your card will be charged after your trip has been completed and you will receive a receipt within three business days.

In most cases you will receive a text and/or email 30 minutes prior to your pickup with the driver's name and location. You may also contact our 24/7 dispatchers at 734-668-8282.

Yes, because Golden Limousine is a Preferred Strategic Partner with the University of Michigan. Please advise our reservationists or chauffeurs that you are a member of the University staff or family.

MODE Car is Golden Limousine’s sister car service offering professional, fully insured, and experienced drivers through an online scheduling system in the Washtenaw county area and to the Detroit Metro Airport.

Yes, we have a variety of vehicles to assist your guests in attending the event. Please inquire with your reservationists to discover which would be the best for your group.

A chauffeured vehicle is the preferred service if you wish to bring alcohol to your event.

In most jurisdictions this is allowed. Please inquire with your customer service representative when making a reservation.
