Golden Limousine was established in January of 1992 by President and CEO, Sean Duval. We are a corporate and leisure transportation company which provides services to corporations and individuals for private luxury and executive level transportation. This includes large meetings and events, corporate outings, personal events such as concerts, weddings, and special functions such as proms and bar mitzvahs.

Golden’s e-Concierge services provide the special touches requested and expected by our guests. Combining restaurants, specialty shops (flowers, candy) and unique event venues into memorable packages is our expertise.

My experience with Golden Limo over the years has been excellent. This occasion has been the same.

I don't think there is anything that you could do to serve us better but wanted to convey this message. Last week I called about 30 minutes before needing a car to take someone from Ann Arbor to DTW. The passenger was a guest in a class at UM. The guest was asked first thing in the morning if she needed a ride and said no. Then much later let us know that she did need a ride. I did not expect Golden to be able to help us out at such short notice but was so glad you were able to! Though a sedan wasn't available Golden was able to have a cab pick up the guest. I recently used another car service company recommended to me. The fare was cheaper but the experience was not positive. The company did not track the flight so didn't see there was a delay in arrival time. They left before the plane arrived.
I can't think of anything. I was very satisfied.

The client was very pleased with the buses, the drivers, and the overall services your company provided.
Upon my return from Seattle, the plane was delayed for over an hour. My chauffeur waited patiently and welcomed me with great professionalism when I greeted him at baggage return. He helped me acquire my checked bag and loaded my bag into the limo, drove with great care (icy roads) to my home and helped load my bags into the garage. Altogether a wonderful experience with a very professional driver.

Golden is the only car service we have used when traveling to Detroit/Ann Arbor. The service is always as expected. Outstanding service with reservations, airport and hotel greetings (always early/on-time), cars are clean and tidy, drivers are always exceptionally nice, friendly and conversational (but not too chatty), and they drive very safely and carefully. Highly recommend to everyone I speak with!

Sean Duval

President

 

Sean established Golden Limousine in January of 1992.

He currently serves on the board of the Ann Arbor Area Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Washtenaw County Workforce Development Board, and was the past president of the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti Chamber of Commerce. He is also heavily active in the local March Of Dimes chapter, and Ele’s Place.

Maya Adrine

Manager of Service Delivery

 

Maya joined the Golden Limousine team in 2006 as the Sales and Events Manager, and quickly rose to become the Manager of Alliance & Business Development. She has overseen and coordinated numerous events during her time at Golden Limousine.

Brandon Duval

Office Manager

Brandon joined the Golden Limousine team in 2009. He has held several positions within the company, including Customer Service Representative, Fleet Coordinator, Dispatch Supervisor, Director of Dispatch and Reservations Operations. Currently, as Office Manager, Brandon’s duties include project management, data analysis, IT support, and process management. Brandon has a certificate in Strategic Customer Care from Sandler Sales Training and is also an A2Y Leadership alumnus.

Carol Bell

Manager of Safety, Compliance, and Training

 

Carol joined Golden Limousine in 2000 working in many facets of the business from CDL Chauffeur to training, HR, and operations management. Managing Safety, Compliance and Training for fleet, facility, and staff has always been an important segment of her career. She has been actively involved with Golden Chauffeur Partner Program since 2013 overseeing recruiting and Onboarding.

Chris Duval

MODE General Manager

Chris Duval has been involved in the hospitality industry for more than 11 years. Chris excels at providing excellent customer service, promoting teamwork, and finding common sense solutions to complex challenges.

Michael Cattran

Manager of Fleet and Facility

Michael joined Golden Limousine in 1996 as a chauffeur out in the field, and was promoted to a dispatch position in 1998. In 2017, Michael was promoted to Fleet & Facility Manager and oversees fleet maintenance and facility upkeep.

Michael has 24 years of experience in Executive Ground Transportation.
